I gotta admit, I wasn't familiar with this Delbert McClinton song, just stumbled onto it searching for a Youtube video from his show the other day in order to update a previous post. It's a little twangy for Delbert, but good.
There's a good old Telluride/Kevin Derryberry song also called "Birmingham Tonight" that used to get some local airplay.
