Delbert McClinton at Doo Dah Day

Delbert McClinton headlined at Doo Dah Day in Birmingham today, he was amazing. I haven't seen the guy in 17 or 18 years and he looks and sounds just like he always has. In fact, the last time I saw him, it was also at Doo Dah Day, and my son (who is now 22) was sitting on my shoulders.
Delbert's flight was delayed by weather, so he was still in the air when his band stepped up and played till he arrived. They were tight, tight, tight. Delbert was forced to cut his set short because of promoters, unions, cops or something, but gave an inspired performance.
Another thing-It's amazing how much his fans love him.I'll replace this clip once someone posts video from today. He's better live anyway.
