I had a great time at the Rodeo in Taos. It is a smaller Rodeo in a beautiful setting with the Mountains in the distance, absolutely authentic and a real slice of Americana.
It's very possible I was the only tourist there, and I don't think there were any souvenirs for sale, even if I'd wanted one.
